1. Personal data

1.1 From whom do we collect personal data?

full.stop processes the personal data of individuals and companies with whom we have, wish to enter into or have had a relationship, either directly or indirectly. This includes, for example, personal data relating to:

  • Individuals who show interest in our services (prospects and networkers)
  • Individuals who are affiliated to a company or organisation with whom we have, wish to enter into or have had a relationship (suppliers)

1.4 How do we collect personal data?

When you contact full.stop, your (contact) information – such as your name, company name and e-mail address – will be stored. Information you provide relating to an assignment will also be stored by us.

We use Google Analytics on our website. The data collected by Google Analytics on the website is anonymous and therefore not linked to your name, company or e-mail address. This data will be stored by Google Analytics for an indefinite period.

1.5 Where will this data be stored?

The data received and processed by full.stop is managed using the following:

  • A computer and server for work files with any personal data, e-mails and digital calendars. Our server is maintained by an external party.
  • Mobile telephones for telephone numbers and (company) names, digital calendars
  • Digital calendars for appointments, locations and names
  • Suppliers (such as printers) for (contact) information for shipments
  • A mail server for (contact) information as well as data you share with us in relation to an assignment
  • WeTransfer/Dropbox in order to be able to share assignments and files with you as a customer
  • Accountants’ (contact) information on invoices in relation to our tax declarations and any bank details you have used to pay an invoice
1.6 For how long will this personal data be stored?

We store the data for 10 years, unless you have given us your explicit consent to store the data for an indefinite period. After 10 years, the data will be deleted or transferred (and subsequently deleted) if you ask us to do so, unless we are legally obliged to store the data for longer.

2. Security

We will make no physical copies of your personal data.

Personal data managed by full.stop or the above-mentioned third parties will only be accessible by the above-mentioned software and systems (see 1.5) and is secured with a password and two-step authentication, where possible.

During this two-step authentication, a code will be generated by the software and sent to full.stop.  This code must be used during the log-in process.

Furthermore, the devices that unlock your data are each encrypted with a password and/or fingerprint. The number of devices that have access to your data is limited to the necessary devices only.

In addition, your visit to our website is secured by an SSL certificate, meaning that your connection to full.stop’s website is private. You can recognise this security by the green padlock in front of the URL.

3. Your rights

3.1 Right of access

You have the right to request an overview of your data held at and managed by full.stop at all times.

3.2 Right of rectification

Is your data inaccurate? Or have your details changed? You have the right to have this rectified by full.stop.

3.3 Right of portability

Should you require the data stored at full.stop in the event that you switch to another party or service provider, you have the right to have the files transferred in which your personal data is used. full.stop must then transfer your data to the other party. Should this also affect work files, costs may be incurred.

3.4 Right to erasure

If you no longer wish your data to be stored by full.stop, you have the right to have your data erased.

The data required for such services are the minimum data required for offering said services or products.
